Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established business near Cirencester who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage the end-to-end AP process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Handle employee expenses and credit card expenditure
• Produce weekly payment runs
• Maintain accurate supplier records
• Post bank transactions
• Assist with supplier queries
• Support the Transactions Manager, Management Accountants, and Financial Controller with ad-hoc tasks
