A reputable financial services company offers a diverse range of services. In line with its ongoing growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking an Assistant Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable to support its Finance Operations Department.

About the role

As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a vital role in conducting data entry, accounts receivable and assisting in month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations with a strong emphasis on accounts receivable
• Address payment and receipt inquiries from diverse stakeholders
• Prepare and validate collection reports to ensure accuracy
• Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare journal entries
• Manage a high volume of data entry transactions efficiently
• Contribute to various ad-hoc projects to support departmental initiatives

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functional formulas
• Strong ability to manage high volumes of data input efficiently
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
