We're recruiting an Assistant Manager to join a fast-growing Tax Technology & Transformation team in London. The team helps clients improve compliance and reporting processes through technology, automation, and data analytics - including tools like robotic process automation, machine learning, and advanced reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to client projects such as technology strategy, automation, data analytics and software implementation.
• Help improve financial and tax data quality, supporting compliance and reporting processes.
• Work with internal teams, clients and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.

About You

• 3+ years in consulting environment.
• Experience with technology tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or IDEA.
• Background in consulting, finance, tax technology or data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience managing tasks across multiple projects and delivering to deadlines.
