Morgan, Akins & Jackson's Philadelphia office is currently seeking an Associate Attorney for its General Liability practice. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with insurance defense litigation experience. We are a mid-size firm that services clients across 9 offices in the south and northeastern United States. Qualifications required:

- JD from an accredited Law School

- Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 

- 3-5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience required.

- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice.

- Superior written and oral communication skills required.

- Legal project management experience is helpful.

- Independently manage a litigation caseload.

- Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.

- Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and Examinations under Oath.

- Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Salary commensurates with experience.
