About the jobJoin a global tech leader as a Bilingual Technical Manager leading large-scale server and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You'll take a hands-on leadership role across server decommissioning, OS upgrades, automation, and other cutting-edge IT infrastructure initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to projects that shape the future of smart cities, AI, and 5G while working across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including decommissioning, patching, and OS upgrades
- Manage initiatives involving HCI (VxRail) and container platforms like Tanzu (TKG)
- Drive infrastructure automation through Ansible and scripting (e.g., Excel VBA)
- Collaborate with offshore teams and ensure clear bilingual communication
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while aligning infrastructure improvements with business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-7 years of technical project management or infrastructure engineering
- Strong knowledge of RHEL, HP-UX, VxRail, ESXi, Tanzu (TKG)
- Proficient in automation and scripting (e.g., Ansible, Excel VBA)
Soft Skills:
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management in global project environments
- Comfortable working across cultures and leading hybrid/offshore teams
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (spoken and written)
- English: Business level or higher (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Certifications such as RHCE, VCP-DCV, CKA, or ITIL v4 are highly desirable
- Experience in leading infrastructure modernization in global organizations
