• $250 -$300 daily rate

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Collections Officer , this role plays a key part in supporting customers with overdue accounts, while working within a high-volume, contact centre-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue, over limit or overdrawn accounts
• Work with customers to set up suitable payment arrangements or obtain promises to pay
• Identify financial hardship indicators and refer customers to the appropriate internal support teams
• Initiate legal action where appropriate, in line with policy and procedures
• Support account remediation and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial services or a contact centre environment is essential
• Proven ability to manage high call volumes (approximately 150 calls per day)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive customer conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
