 maintain compliance hotline, manage complaints from different sources  Investigate incidents and complaints  Regularly check and audit vendors, processes and transactions of business  Be responsible for data compliance on various aspects  Work out action plans and suggestions according to investigation outcomes  Figure out and assess process loopholes, and work out makeup plan for functions  Assist in policy making of the company and SOP setting of key functions  Conduct compliance training and communication to employees  Other compliance work assigned by department head
