A leading top 10 accountancy and advisory firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) team. Potential Senior Manager opportunity!

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients in the TMC sector, providing both compliance and advisory services.
• Leading the delivery of tax projects, including restructurings, international tax matters, and transactions.
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing guidance and mentoring.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and supporting business development.
• Working closely with partners and directors in the delivery of strategic projects.

About you:

• Qualified CTA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Strong UK corporate tax experience is essential, ideally with exposure to the TMC sector or a genuine interest in specialising in this area.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing junior staff.
