A global technology leader is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager (Contract) to drive impactful cyber security initiatives. You will lead cross-functional programs, safeguard digital services, and partner with global teams to strengthen organizational defense capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security programs and technical projects to enhance defense systems.
• Partner with engineers to create and execute actionable project plans.
• Coordinate communication across departments, regions, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and deliver weekly and monthly updates.
• Identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation solutions.
• Facilitate decision-making and governance at steering committee level.
• Implement continuous improvement practices through retrospectives and lessons learned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in project and program management, with expertise in multi-stakeholder, complex projects.

Certifications:

• PMP or Prince2 Practitioner.

Technical Knowledge:

• Hands-on expertise in cloud technologies and/or cyber security.
• Proven ability to tailor governance frameworks to organizational needs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Language Requirements

• English: Advanced to native-level proficiency.
• Japanese: Conversational level proficiency.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience implementing continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-regional projects within global organizations.
• Skilled in cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement.
