A top-tier global digital agency is seeking a Digital Project Manager to oversee complex, high-impact digital campaigns for world-class brands. Based in Tokyo, you will work in a globally connected, creatively driven environment and lead cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital projects with precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale digital projects across cross-functional teams, tracking risks, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
• Translate business goals into technical action plans with engineering leads
• Develop and maintain project plans, Statements of Work (SOW), and roadmaps
• Handle budget, resource, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring scope accuracy
• Ensure strong quality control, mitigate risks, and drive communication across all phases
• Conduct post-project evaluations to refine future delivery strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 4-6 years of project management experience in digital or web environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in global or cross-cultural teams

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence
• Familiarity with Figma, HTML5, and digital production tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to resolve issues proactively and operate with independence
• Comfortable challenging unclear requests and driving clarity

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business-level proficiency

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in web development or operational project roles
• Basic understanding of automotive or technical products is a plus
