Morgan McKinley is partnering with a Big 4professional services firm to recruit a Director in Tax Technology for their Transformation practice.

This is a senior leadership role in a high-growth area, working with multinational clients to transform how they manage global tax compliance and reporting. You'll be at the forefront of shaping digital tax strategies, building innovative solutions, and leading large-scale transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading global compliance transformation projects and delivering innovative, technology-enabled solutions.
• Developing and executing a strategy for the practice, with responsibility for growth and client development.
• Building and maintaining relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at multinational organisations.
• Overseeing global teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving innovation in compliance processes.
• Leading business development initiatives and representing the firm in the market.
• Coaching and developing senior managers and managers within the team.

About you:

• Extensive experience in corporate tax, compliance, or transformation within a professional services or multinational environment.
• Proven leadership in global projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of automation, data management, and emerging tax technologies.
• Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
• CTA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of practice growth and people leadership.
