The focus of this role is to execute, evaluate and optimise sales and inspirational e-mails across brands to improve customer retention.

Responsibilities will include:

• Plan, create and deploy the email marketing schedule across all brands to an agreed framework (frequency and format)
• Develop and refine a suite of email templates to ensure efficiency
• Ensure alignment of messaging within emails with the content calendar used across all communication channels
• Periodically assess the targeting of emails to maximise sales opportunities and minimise risk
• Generate new campaign ideas
• Track competitor activity to identify further opportunities
• Deploy testing framework across the email schedule for each brand, to assess the potential for alternative solutions to drive improved performance
• Create and maintain reports illustrating results for the email programme and identify opportunities to improve core metrics

The successful candidate will have previous experience in email or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and metrics, as well as creative flair.
