工作职责 1. Work with HR to set annual C&B budget and quarterly forecast, track and analyze the actual spending, and provide productivity analysis 2. Work with RSC functions and field finance team to set Non-C&B budget and quarterly forecast, track actual spending, identify issues and opportunities, and support function leaders/market finance to manage the spending 3. Prepare for AOP/Forecast of field share-service G&A allocation / RSC Fee for service charge Provide G&A reports to leaders 4. Support G&A long term planning and other ad-hoc projects 任职资格 EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or higher, major in accounting or finance EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, FP&A at fast food, retail or FMCG companies preferred Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills and proficient modeling skills Proactive, passionate, and be able to work under pressure Experience with big 4 is a plus
