We're hiring for a Finance Manager to act as the 2IC to the CFO, stepping into a pivotal role that balances strategic thinking, commercial insight, and hands-on financial work. This is your chance to build reporting, shape pricing strategies, and support critical decision-making in a high-growth environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and modelling
- Own the development and improvement of financial dashboards and internal reports
- Provide insightful KPI analysis, variance commentary, and executive-level reporting
- Partner with commercial teams to support pricing strategy, cost analysis, and product profitability
- Design and enhance reporting tools using Excel, Power BI
- Support payroll administration and help maintain compliance
- Take part in financial reporting and board pack preparation
- Work closely with senior stakeholders inlcuding CFO, CEO, CCO
- CPA/CA qualified with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- 5-7+ years' experience in finance roles, ideally within payments, fintech, or related industries
- Strong Excel, Power BI, MYOB and financial modelling skills
- Confident communicator who can translate financial insights into business action
- Ambitious self-starter with strong business acumen, a relaxed but proactive attitude, and a passion for value-adding finance work
- Own a high-impact role with direct access to the CFO, CEO, and private equity stakeholders your insights will help shape business-critical decisions.
