A leading Employer Solutions team is recruiting for a Global Mobility Tax Associate Director (Senior Manager) to help lead their Reading based team and to continue growing their regional client base

This is a key hire for the team, where the incumbent will be involved in the strategic growth and development of the Employer Solutions offering in Reading / Thames Valley region, whilst also working with other clients in London and across the UK. The Tax team advises clients of various size and across many different industries, including start-up enterprises, mid-market organisations, public sector bodies and larger corporations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own client list and being the main point of contact on client side and with VIP's
• Responsible for ensuring compliance objectives are met
• Leading the successful delivery of advisory and technical projects
• Develop business from new and existing clients
• Coach, mentor, lead and develop junior team members
• Maintaining a high level of tax technical knowledge and keeping up to date with any legislative changes

You will be a confident communicator and team player, have commercial acumen and be risk aware. You will also be either ATT or CTA qualified, currently working in a similar position in a Global Mobility / Employer Solutions team.
