Description
Responsiblities:- Assisting senior colleagues in identifying and leading the evaluation of new investment opportunities
- Taking responsibility for operational tasks during deal execution
- Preparing and presenting investment cases to internal stakeholders
- Developing advanced financial models and conducting detailed financial analyses
- Supporting negotiations, structuring deals, and leading due diligence, valuation, and underwriting activities
- Assisting in drafting term sheets and documentation for deal structuring
- Monitoring and reporting on financial and operational performance, presenting findings to stakeholders
- Conducting valuations and supporting the development of monetization or exit strategies for assets
- Preparing reports for committees, asset reviews, and updates for clients or investors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or above degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in top-tier investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, asset management, or strategy
- Expertise in corporate finance, valuation, and building advanced financial models
- Proven ability to identify and generate investment opportunities through industry networks
- Capable of managing smaller transactions independently and contributing to larger, complex deals, including negotiation support
- Skilled in analyzing data to develop clear recommendations and solutions
- Proficient in preparing and delivering investment memos and updates to senior stakeholders
- Strong risk assessment and mitigation planning abilities
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
