About the job

As an IT Product Manager, you will lead the development of AI-driven products designed to enhance user engagement and create seamless, culturally relevant digital experiences. You will be responsible for turning user insights into product strategies, guiding the full lifecycle from design to release, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and feedback analysis to inform product direction.
• Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle, from design through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Identify and resolve development challenges while maintaining high product quality.
• Use data and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' product management experience, including at least 2 years working on consumer-facing software or mobile products.
• Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
