Key Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis support for global information security and privacy projects

• Facilitate effective communication across technical, business, and governance teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 1-3 years' experience in business analysis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional project teams

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Conversational

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT or technical environments
• Familiarity with Information Security, Privacy, or AI/Data Governance
• Exposure to project management practices
