A Top 15 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join their team in Bournemouth, Bristol, High Wycombe or Peterborough

This is an exciting opportunity to join a key team in Tax and gain fantastic exposure to a broad variety of client work including HNW/UHNW individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLPs, landed estates and rural businesses.

Benefits include: a 35 hour work week with core hours of 10-4pm and ability to work up to 3 days a week from home. Yearly profit-sharing bonus + discretionary annual bonus. Min 25 days annual leave with other great flexible benefits and family friendly policies!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients that will be guided by your client experience
• Managing the personal tax compliance cycle
• Communicating with clients, the HMRC and any other key stakeholders
• Involvement in the ad-hoc delivery of advice, working alongside senior management
• Support junior colleagues with their learning & development
• Confident communication, team player and comfortable working independently on own initiative
