Take on a leadership role as a Product Manager for vascular access medical devices, managing the product lifecycle from strategy through execution. In this position, you will design and implement marketing plans, build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, and drive product growth to improve patient safety. Key Responsibilities

• Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from development to launch.
• Create and execute marketing plans for new product introductions.
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Develop forward-looking business plans and manage marketing budgets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams in Japan and globally.
• Build strong relationships with customers, medical professionals, and industry experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• At least 3 years of marketing experience in the medical field.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Skills:

• Proven ability to develop marketing plans, think strategically, and deliver results. Strong communication skills for collaboration and relationship-building.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Marketing experience specifically in the medical device industry.
• Previous experience working with international teams.
