Join a global leader in precision oncology and take ownership of cutting-edge cancer diagnostics in Japan. As a Product Marketing Associate Manager, you'll drive the commercial strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market execution for innovative oncology products that transform patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and manage lifecycle planning to ensure successful commercialization
• Develop and execute launch plans, brand positioning, and core messaging
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify strategic opportunities
• Monitor product performance and provide volume/revenue forecasts
• Enable the commercial team through sales training and effective sales tools
• Plan customer engagement events and lead initiatives at major scientific congresses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 8+ years in product marketing or management in pharma or diagnostics
• Proven track record of successful product launches, preferably in oncology

Technical Skills:

• Strong business acumen and ability to use market data to shape strategy
• Familiarity with tools for market research, forecasting, and campaign execution

Soft Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native
• English: Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Background in oncology diagnostics or high-tech medical marketing
• Experience working in a matrixed, global team structure
