Join a global e-commerce leader as a Project Manager driving large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules to track milestones and risks
• Oversee release management and operational approval processes
• Coordinate communications between cross-functional global teams and stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status updates, billing reports, and executive documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years of IT project management experience within infrastructure or enterprise systems
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with project management tools including GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint

Soft Skills:

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities in fast-paced settings

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Conversational (JLPT N2-N1 preferred)
• English: Fluent (global team collaboration required)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Technical background (Developer, SRE, DevOps, or Network Engineer)
• PMP certification or infrastructure-related project management experience
• Experience with load balancing, large-scale system operations, or e-commerce environments
