The Opportunity
A fast-scaling SaaS company at the cutting edge of cognitive AI is seeking an Account Executive to lead new business and early account growth in the UK. This is a pivotal hire for their UK expansion, with a focus on major law firms, financial institutions, and other regulated enterprises where compliance, trust, and performance converge.
You'll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with senior decision makers, and play a central role in shaping the company's UK growth story.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new business across the UK legal, financial services, and regulated markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic networking and outbound prospecting.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to signed contracts.
- Lead early account expansion and ensure strong executive alignment.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders (GCs, COOs, CIOs, CROs).
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored demos and proposals.
- Represent the company credibly at industry events, forums, and in boardrooms.
- 7-15 years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record in new business and growth.
- Proven hunter mindset in high-trust sectors (law, financial services, regulated industries).
- Confident navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and selling at board level.
- Strong UK network within law firms, financial institutions, or regulated enterprises.
- Experience with complex, high-value solution sales (AI, data, or compliance tech desirable).
- Polished, articulate, and credible when engaging senior clients.
- Ambitious, resilient, and energised by building something new.
- Be the first AE driving UK expansion for an exciting, scaling AI company.
- Work closely with the CRO and executive leadership.
