Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR and organizational strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Lead company-wide workforce planning and HR transformation programs
• Manage complex, high-impact projects that improve productivity and business agility
• Partner with internal teams and external consultants to deliver scalable solutions
• Provide executive-level support on key business and talent strategies
• Collaborate with corporate planning and business units on strategic priorities
• Oversee project governance, stakeholder alignment, and organizational design initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale HR or cross-functional transformation projects
• Strong track record managing consulting partners and enterprise-wide initiatives
• Experience operating in global, multicultural business environments

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in project management tools

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• High adaptability, integrity, and results-oriented mindset

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native
• English: Intermediate to Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience at a management consultancy or within a corporate strategy function
• Background in organizational design, change management, or business transformation
• Experience leading multinational HR teams or global initiatives
