Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working with a Big 4 firm to recruit a Tax Technology Manager for their London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of digital transformation in tax. You'll be working with a wide range of clients to design and implement innovative technology-driven solutions that improve compliance, streamline processes, and deliver real business insights.

As a Tax Technology Manager, you'll have the chance to combine your tax expertise with technology skills, managing end-to-end projects, advising clients on automation and data solutions, and helping to shape the firm's growing tax technology practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and delivery of tax technology solutions across a broad client base.
• Managing projects from scoping through to implementation, working with both clients and internal teams.
• Advising on the use of automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies within tax.
• Building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new solutions and services.
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues within the team.

About you:

• Strong background in tax with proven experience in tax technology, automation, or data-led solutions.
• Comfortable managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
• Knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or other automation/data platforms would be an advantage.
• CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive, innovative mindset and the confidence to operate in a fast-changing environment.
