What you'll be doing:

• Growing your broker panel and turning conversations into new business
• Spotting opportunities and upselling beyond the immediate case
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and driving them through the sales funnel
• Building strong, commercially focused broker relationships
• Supporting Key Account Managers with high-quality opportunities
• Owning your pipeline, hitting KPIs, and reporting performance clearly
• Staying ahead of the market by keeping tabs on competitors and trends

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in telephone-based business development (mortgages or financial services ideal)
• A track record of smashing sales targets and growing broker relationships
• Confident, influential, and results-driven - you know how to close over the phone
• Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• CRM savvy, with the ability to use data to drive performance
• Knowledge of mortgage products and the regulatory landscape is a bonus
