Our client is one of the leading payment business in Hong Kong.Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to business teams for contract drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
- Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive set of agreement templates.
- Advise business units with clear, practical legal guidance and solutions.
- Ensure Octopus Group's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Support ad-hoc legal projects as needed.
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 6+ years of post qualification experience.
- Demonstrated general commercial law experience (private practice and/or in-house).
- Proven ability in legal research and contract drafting.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
