Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our core operations team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day investor account activity, handling data verification, and maintaining high standards of accuracy to support our global client base. This role is a perfect launchpad for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in financial operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Data & Order Management: Input, review, and confirm incoming investor requests and trade instructions within our internal databases .
• Task Coordination: Track and organise daily workflow queues to ensure all tasks are resolved efficiently .
• Reporting Assistance: Help compile routinely distributed internal performance metrics and client-facing status reports .
• Client Service Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for routine operational queries from internal teams and external stakeholders .
• Quality & Risk Control: Strictly follow internal guidelines, compliance rules, and checklists to minimize operational errors .
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with international offices on shared projects and daily service deliverables .

What We Look For

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline ( Fresh Graduates are welcome ) .
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of professional experience; a basic understanding of fund operations or banking is a plus but not mandatory .
• Technical Aptitude: Strong familiarity with everyday productivity tools (MS Excel, Word) .
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, a knack for multitasking under tight deadlines, and a strong desire to learn .
• Languages: Professional fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required for daily business communication .
• Availability: Adaptability to assist with occasional holiday shift coverage on a rotating schedule .
