Description

• Address complex inquiries from retail and institutional partners via phone, email, digital ticketing systems, and live chat.
• Investigate and resolve intricate issues related to trade executions, order routing protocols, position liquidations, trade busts, and general account management.
• Analyze systemic technical issues, break down complex operational bottlenecks, and propose data-driven recommendations for platform and workflow enhancements.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience within the financial services or fintech sector.
• Possession of (or the immediate capability to obtain) local regulatory licenses, such as HKSI Paper 1 (Type 1, 2, and 3) or FINRA Series 7.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg terminals, UNIX environments, or basic scripting/programming is a distinct advantage.
• Good understanding of diverse financial instruments, including Equities, Derivatives (Options/Futures), Foreign Exchange, and Fixed Income.
• Professional fluency in English, Cantonese and Chinese.
• A proactive self-starter with a strong analytical toolkit who takes full accountability for project delivery.
